CAR-T Cell Therapy in China — Cost, Approved Products & Top Centers
China has nine NMPA-approved CAR-T products — including the world's first approved CAR-T for a solid tumor (2026) — delivered at leading hematology centers for roughly one-fifth of the US price, with full English-speaking coordination.
We are a patient-coordination service, not a hospital. We help you reach the right center and specialist; all diagnosis, treatment decisions and prescriptions are made by the treating physicians.
CAR-T therapy cost in China
A commercially approved CAR-T product in China costs roughly $138,000–$180,000 (about RMB 1.0–1.3 million) including hospitalization — against $500,000–$1,000,000 for the full pathway in the United States. Price depends on which of the nine approved products your disease calls for. That fee is paid directly to the hospital — we do not mark it up; our own service is a separate, per-case coordination fee, quoted after the hematology team reviews your records.

Leading CAR-T centers in China
We coordinate access to China's highest-volume CAR-T programs — from private international hospitals built for overseas patients to the public centers that pioneered CAR-T in China.
SinoUnited Hospital (Shanghai)
Bund-side private hospital with a dedicated international CAR-T center, a fast-tracked treatment package, English-speaking nursing and direct international-insurance billing. Works with all approved product makers.
Jiahui International Hospital
China's first wholly foreign-owned general hospital and a Massachusetts General Hospital partner; oncology center led by a US-trained oncologist, most CAR-T patients international.
Lu Daopei Hospital Group
China's most active CAR-T program by enrolled cases, with US-trained, English-speaking leadership — strongest for complex, relapsed and hard-to-treat disease.
Top public hematology centers
Tongji (Shanghai), the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University, the national Blood Diseases Hospital (Tianjin), Ruijin and Zhejiang University — among the highest-volume CAR-T programs in the country.
Conditions treated with CAR-T in China
Approved CAR-T indications span blood cancers and now one solid tumor. Eligibility always depends on your exact diagnosis, prior lines of treatment and current condition — confirmed by the hematology team after reviewing your records.
How long you'll be in China
CAR-T is delivered in two stages — T-cell collection, then manufacturing, infusion and close monitoring. Many centers let you collect cells on a short first trip, return home while they are manufactured, then come back for infusion.
