Do I need a medical background?
No. Your role is to help patients navigate, translate, and coordinate — not provide medical advice. We value language skills and reliability above all.
How do I get paid?
Patients pay the platform via PayPal. We transfer your share (85%) to your bank account or Alipay within 3 business days after each completed service.
How many assignments will I get?
It depends on your city and patient demand. Major cities like Shanghai and Beijing have higher volume. Your rating and patient reviews affect assignment priority.
Can I companion patients in multiple cities?
Yes, you can indicate willingness to travel to nearby cities in your application.
